At least it’s easy to pick up a copy on the cheap. Capcom initially showed interest in a sequel, but the characters seem to be completely abandoned at this point. Unfortunately, the heyday of point-and-click games is long past, and the game sold abysmally. It’s a lot more charming than it sounds, and the numerous uses of the Wii-mote were especially innovative.
Prince of percia 4d update#
Developed by an all-star team at Capcom, it’s a modern update on traditional point-and-click adventures featuring a pirate boy and a monkey, who he can shake like a bell to solve puzzles. Zack & Wiki was one of the most ambitious original titles for the Wii. It’s also one of the best looking games on the Wii, featuring hundreds of finely detailed fish that look great even in standard definition. Some may prefer the more open-ended experience of its predecessor, but Blue World includes a solid story mode for those who prefer a more guided experience. That’s the gist of Endless Ocean: Blue World, one of the more relaxing titles released for the Wii. Go out to the middle of the ocean, dive deep into the water, meet the marine wildlife, and search for treasure. Really, there are a lot of interesting ideas here that don’t always pan out, but the atmosphere remains top notch, and the puzzles make excellent use of the Wii-mote. Enemy appearances change slightly based on the answers you give to a therapist between levels, adding a touch of personal horror to the game. There’s no combat, you just run from enemies in a frozen version of Silent Hill that pops up between your explorations. Sorry about the length etc, I've never written a walkthrough before.Shattered Memories was a “reimagining” of the first Silent Hill, keeping the same basic plot of Harry Mason searching for his missing daughter, but heavily tweaking the gameplay. Follow the path and it'll take you to the open finish door.

Fight it and push it onto the spikes, and then simply retrace your steps back to the start door, this time climbing the right hand tower.

From here, go back where you came from but be careful - that pile of bones I mentioned earlier comes to life. Go through this gate to the end of the room and hit the door opening switch, and you should see the door open below you. Remember that slab you knocked down at the beginning of the level? This is where it comes into play. Go left past these, climb down two levels, run right and jump across the pit (a running jump is fine) and - fancy that, the gate is open for you. Once you get through the gate, you should see a blue potion and a pile of bones. Don't worry about being careful - there are no big falls here. Quickly jump back to the other side and climb up another level (to the reversal potion) and run right. From here, climb up three levels and jump to the platform on the left (this will open the door). Continue right, watching out for the holes in the floor and another set of cutters, until you reach the wall. Then it's up the tower again, and jump right to the platform with the reversal potion. Run and jump through if you want, but you're more likely to get munched. Here I'd advise walking carefully through the cutters, STEPPING to the edge and holding shift as you jump. For those of you who manage to get stuck on a one-way path, it's right from the top of the tower, jumping the two holes in the floor until the blue potion, up one level, then run left until you're close to the cutters, as there are three loose slabs. After knocking him off a ledge, climb up the tower and follow the path from here. Be careful of the loose slab between you and him - things can get very tricky if you fall through the floor here. Climb back up to floor level, and continue left to fight the skeleton. The slab to the left of the hole you create is solid. To climb back up to floor level, jump and hit the slab above the left hand side of the platform with the health potion. This is important - you MUST knock down the slab on the far right hand side- when this falls, it will permanently open a gate further on in the level. At the bottom, run to the far right (up to the wall) and allow yourself to fall with the loose slab. Walk to your left until the hole in the floor, and climb back down the other side of the tower. So it seems that there's a lot of you having trouble with the third level of Prince of Persia 4D? Well if any of you want to complete the level - and the game without cheats, here's how:įrom the start gate, climb to the top of the left hand tower.
